速度反馈环节:把测速发电机输出电压变换为适合控制系统的电压信号。
VT130G3U-4160调压调速原理
□定子供电频率不变时,异步电动机的电磁转矩
与输入电压有效值的平方成正比,利用交流调压电路,可以达到调速目的。
口实际系统由,必须能控制异步电动机正、反向运转,一般可在主电路中串入两个接触器来改变供电电压相序。

三相调压器的最大输出电流可由电流调节器的设定值来限制。将速度调节器的最大输出值与电流变换器最大电流时的反馈量调至相等,即可实现限流。晶闸管因短路产生的过流由快速熔断器来保护。

Principle of VT130G3U-4160 voltage regulation and speed regulation
□ Electromagnetic torque of asynchronous motor when the stator power supply frequency is constant.
