VT130G7U-4400B由晶闸管构成的逆变器换流方式,有负载谐振式换流、强迫换流和采用可关断晶闸管或大功率晶体管换流三种换流方法:
(1)、负载谐振式换流:它是利用负载回路中的电容与电感所形成的振荡特性来换流的。在这类负载回路里,电流具有自动过零的特点,只要负载电流超前电压的时间大于晶闸管的关断时间,就可以使逆变器的晶闸管在VT130G7U-4400B这段时间里断流而关断,并恢复正向阻断特性。
(2)、强迫换流:将换流回路与负载分开,在换流时,由辅助晶闸管导通,使换流回路产生一个脉冲,迫使原来导通的晶闸管因断流而关断,并承受一段时间的反压而恢复其正向阻断性。这种换流又称脉冲换流。
(3)、采用可关断晶闸管或大功率晶体管换流:它可以省去附加换流环节,提高设备的经济指标,提高工作效率,减小设备体积。
VT130G7U-4400B inverter consists of thyristors. There are three commutation methods: load resonance commutation, forced commutation and commutation with turnoff thyristors or high-power transistors:
(1) Load resonant commutation: it uses the oscillation characteristics formed by the capacitance and inductance in the load circuit to commutate. In this kind of load circuit, the current has the characteristic of automatic zero crossing. As long as the time when the load current exceeds the voltage is longer than the turn-off time of the thyristor, the thyristor of the inverter can be cut off during VT130G7U-4400B, and the forward blocking characteristic can be restored.
(2) Forced commutation: separate the converter circuit from the load. During commutation, the auxiliary thyristor is turned on, which causes the converter circuit to generate a pulse, forcing the thyristor that was turned on to turn off due to current interruption, and bearing back pressure for a period of time to restore its forward blocking property. This kind of commutation is also called pulse commutation.
(3) Switching thyristor or high-power transistor for commutation: it can save additional commutation links, improve the economic index of equipment, improve work efficiency and reduce the volume of equipment.
