VT13081-2110F0L adopts the test platform with actuator motor and no load.
This test system consists of two parts, namely the servo driver-motor system to be tested and the upper computer. The upper computer sends the speed instruction signal to the servo driver, and the servo driver starts to run according to the instruction. During the running process, the upper computer and the data acquisition circuit collect the running data of the servo system, and store, analyze and display the data. Because the motor in this test system has no load, compared with the previous two test systems, the volume of the system is relatively reduced, and the measurement and control circuit of the system is relatively simple, but this also makes the system unable to simulate the actual operation of the servo driver. Generally, this kind of test system is only used to test the rotational speed and angular displacement of the tested system under no-load condition, but can’t fully and accurately test the servo driver.
VT13081-2110F0L adopts the test platform for carrying out the inherent load of motor dragging.
This test system consists of three parts, namely the servo driver-motor system to be tested, the inherent load of the system and the upper computer. For this test system, the load is the inherent load of the tested system, so the test process is close to the actual working condition of the servo driver, and the test result is more accurate. However, because the inherent load of some tested systems is inconvenient to remove from the equipment, the testing process can only be carried out on the equipment, which is not very convenient.
VT13081-2110F0L Test Platform Using Online Test Method
This test system only has data acquisition system and data processing unit. The digital acquisition system collects and conditions the real-time running state signals of servo drivers in the equipment, and then sends them to the data processing unit for processing and analysis, and finally the data processing unit makes a test conclusion. Because the online test method is adopted, the structure of this test system is relatively simple, and it is not necessary to separate the servo driver from the equipment, which makes the test more convenient. This kind of test system is tested completely according to the servo driver in actual operation, so the test conclusion is closer to the actual situation. However, due to the characteristics of many servo drivers in manufacturing and assembly, it is difficult to choose the installation positions of various sensors and signal measuring elements in this kind of test system. Moreover, if other parts of the equipment fail, it will also adversely affect the working state of the servo driver, and ultimately affect its test results.
