KJ2201
The KJ2201X1-JA1 sensor is a sensor that measures and detects parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow rate, and level in industrial equipment or environments. It can convert its parameter changes into electrical signal outputs for use by control systems or data acquisition systems. This sensor has the characteristics of high precision, fast response, and strong anti-interference ability. KJ2201X1-JA1 is a sensor product from Emerson, mainly used in industrial automation fields such as vibration measurement and turbine control systems.
When using this sensor, it is necessary to align it vertically with the surface of the measured surface (deviation not exceeding 2 degrees), and control the distance between the sensor probe and the surface of the measured surface to be about 1.5mm (deviation not exceeding 0.2mm). If distance cannot be directly measured, the sensor can be connected to the preamplifier, and when the voltage values at the OUT and COM terminals of the preamplifier are measured to be -12V (with a deviation of no more than 2V), the sensor can be locked with the bracket. After fixation, the intermediate joint must be insulated to avoid interference signals caused by grounding. A suitable diameter insulation heat shrink sleeve can be placed on the outer sleeve of the intermediate joint and heat shrink fixed.
