E4809-045-010-A因为是外部电路与PLC内部电路实现物理隔离,提高抗干扰能力。如果采用普通的二极管,晶闸管组成的电路系统,本应24V的电压信号使PLC动作。

E4809-045-010-A但由于二极管、晶闸管都有一个动作电压范围,18V的外部感应电可能会使PLC动作,在工控现场,动力电和控制电路布线时通常在一起,虽然电缆上有屏蔽网,但是还避免不了控制线路上出现感应电,使PLC误动作。这种光电隔离方式有效,但并不是100%有保证的。

E4809-045-010-A光电隔离作用:光耦隔离电路使被隔离的两部分电路之间没有电的直接连接, 主要是防止因有电的连接而引起的干扰,特别是低压的控制电路与外部高压电路之间。

PLC的I/O模块采用光电隔离主要是隔离作用,其目的在于从电路上把干扰源和易受干扰的部分隔离开来,使测控装置与现场仅保持信号联系,而不直接发生电的联系。隔离的实质是把引进的干扰通道切断,从而达到隔离现场干扰的目的。有时候的效果也不行。

E4809-045-010-A外围线路由于工作环境、电源不稳定等因素可能会出现短路、瞬间电流过大,直接连接会烧毁plc,光电隔离起保护作用,输入信号和PLC内部电路之间没有直接电的联系,提高PLC的抗干扰能力。

光电隔离通过光电耦合器,把光信号转换成电信号,起到信号隔离,信号转化的作用。把输入的电信号转换为光信号传给光敏管转换为电信号输出,由于没有直接的电气连接,这样既耦合传输了信号,又有隔离干扰的作用。

E4809-045-010-A Because the external circuit is physically isolated from the internal circuit of PLC, the anti-interference ability is improved. If a common circuit system consisting of diodes and thyristors is adopted, the 24V voltage signal should have made the PLC act.

E4809-045-010-A However, as diodes and thyristors have an operating voltage range, 18V external induced electricity may cause PLC to operate. In the industrial control site, the power electricity and the control circuit are usually wired together. Although there is a shielding net on the cable, the induced electricity on the control line can’t be avoided, resulting in PLC misoperation. This photoelectric isolation method is effective, but it is not 100% guaranteed.

E4809-045-010-A Optoelectronic isolation function: Optoelectronic isolation circuit makes no direct electrical connection between two isolated circuits, mainly to prevent interference caused by electrical connection, especially between low-voltage control circuit and external high-voltage circuit.

The I/O module of PLC adopts photoelectric isolation, which is mainly used for isolation. Its purpose is to isolate the interference source from the part susceptible to interference from the circuit, so that the measurement and control device can only keep signal contact with the site, instead of direct electrical contact. The essence of isolation is to cut off the introduced interference channel, so as to achieve the purpose of isolating on-site interference. Sometimes it doesn’t work.

E4809-045-010-A peripheral circuit may have short circuit and excessive instantaneous current due to factors such as working environment and unstable power supply. Direct connection will burn down the plc, and photoelectric isolation plays a protective role. There is no direct electrical connection between the input signal and the internal circuit of the PLC, which improves the anti-interference ability of the PLC.

Optoelectronic isolation converts optical signal into electrical signal through photoelectric coupler, which plays the role of signal isolation and signal conversion. The input electrical signal is converted into an optical signal, which is transmitted to the photosensitive tube and converted into an electrical signal for output. Because there is no direct electrical connection, it not only couples and transmits signals, but also has the function of isolating interference.
