模拟量输入输出模块的模拟量是表示一定范围内连续变化的任意值,是与数字量相反的状态表示。通常用模拟量来采集和表示事物的电压、电流或频率等参数。驱动硬件输出和相关数据通道,根据运行模式选择当前设定值,或根据需要反转,并将结果提供给硬件输出或软件输出。这是模拟量输入模块。模拟输入模块是一种智能模块,可以采集电压、电流、热电偶、热阻、温度等模拟值,并通过485总线传输给计算机。模拟输出模块的主要功能实际上是将输入的数字信号转换成数模,输出可调的连续电压、电流和信号。
比如在电视控制块中对各种模拟量的控制,如果以伴音为例,先将遥控器或按键扫描发出的脉冲数字信号输入到控制块中,经过模拟输出模块的数模转换后,输出可随输入信号变化的连续电压信号,然后利用该信号控制伴音通道,从而控制音量、亮度和对比度。此外,模拟量输出模块不仅用于这些地方,现在还广泛应用于各种智能中。
比如模拟量输入模块是判断好坏,可以给出标准信号看采集的值是否正确,模拟量输出模块输出一个值。如果测量范围一致,可以通过输入和输出来测量。模拟量模块一起有输入输出,开关量模块也一起有输入输出。这样的模块可以节省空间。因为如果不是这样集成的话,如果需要输入输出的话,至少要订两个模块,如果这样排列的话,只需要一个模块。集成在一起的输入/输出模块意味着在同一个模块上既有输入信号又有输出信号。

Analog quantity The analog quantity of the input and output module is an arbitrary value that represents continuous changes within a certain range, and is the opposite of the state representation of the digital quantity. Analog quantities are often used to capture and represent parameters such as voltage, current, or frequency of things. Drive hardware output and related data channels, select the current set value according to the operation mode, or reverse it as needed, and provide the result to the hardware output or software output. This is the analog input module. The analog input module is an intelligent module that can collect analog values such as voltage, current, thermocouple, thermal resistance, and temperature, and transmit them to the computer through the 485 bus. The main function of the analog output module is actually to convert the input digital signal into digital mode, and output adjustable continuous voltage, current and signal.
For example, the control of various analog quantities in the TV control block, if the sound is taken as an example, the first remote control or key scan pulse digital signal input into the control block, after the analog output module digital-to-analog conversion, the output can change with the input signal continuous voltage signal, and then use the signal to control the sound channel, so as to control the volume, brightness and contrast. For example, the analog input module is good or bad, can give a standard signal to see whether the collected value is correct, and the analog output module outputs a value. If the measurement range is consistent, it can be measured by input and output. The analog module has input and output, and the switching module also has input and output. Such modules can save space. The functions of analog input/output modules used in other fields also include various collection functions, control functions, display functions, remote management functions, alarm functions and storage functions. The acquisition function is the standard signal of the transmitter such as pressure, temperature and displacement. Collect flow data of flowmeter and pulse meter; Collect the running status of the water pump or valve, the power supply status of the device, and the opening and closing status of the door. The control function is to support automatic control, remote control of pumps, valves and other control equipment. Display function for digital tube display, optional LCD display, external display. Remote management function supports remote parameter setting and program upgrade through GPRS transmission device.
