1、停机期间,首先搭建整个系统的网络平台,对现有主机柜进行改装,新增一对24口光纤交换机及其配套电源,并重新设置系统commit安装盘,定义整个网络结构。升级后的网络结构将非常简单并且稳定。13对控制器及8台工作站(操作员站6台,工程师站和历史站各1台)均通过冗余光纤直接接到交换机,形成冗余的Mesh网络结构。由现有#1机/炉控制器(型号为CP60)升级成新的控制器(型号为FCP270),升级后的控制器随卡件柜布置;
2、将公用系统和1#炉的控制器(型号为CP60)升级为新控制器(型号为FCP270),控制器不再集中布置,升级后的控制器随卡件柜布置。
3、对现有公用系统和#1炉及1#机卡件柜利旧改造,卡件底板更换为的FBM底板,原有卡件保留。
4、将工作站全部升级为的工作站(型号为H92),操作员站和工程师站性能将大大提升。
5、公用系统和1#炉及1#机升级完毕后,可根据要求启动公用系统和1#炉及1#机,进行正常生产运行,同时对2#炉、3#炉和2#机进行升级改造,这两个炉在升级后逐一接入新的Mesh网络系统,既保证生产安全,又使得现场停机时间不会太长,保证生产连续。
