3500/22M瞬态数据接口Bently NevadaTM资产状况监控escriptiono063500瞬态数据接口(TDi)是3500监控系统和GE的system 1机械管理软件之间的接口。

TDI将3500/20机架接口模块的能力与通信处理器(如TDXnet)的数据收集能力相结合TDl与M系列监视器(3500/ 40m、3500/ 42m等)一起在3500机架的RIM槽中工作，持续收集稳态和瞬态波形数据，并通过以太网链路将这些数据传递给hos软件。静态数据捕获是TDI的标准，但是使用一个可选的通道启用磁盘将允许TDI捕获动态或瞬态数据。

TDi的特点是在几个方面改进了以前的通信处理器，并在3500机架中集成了通信处理器功能。虽然TDI提供了某些对整个机架来说都是通用的功能，但它不是关键监控路径的一部分，对整个监控系统的正常运行没有影响。每个3500机架需要1个TDI或RIM, TDI或RIM总是占用电源旁边的Slot 1。

3500/22M Transient Data Interface Bently NevadaTM Asset Condition Monitoring escriptiono063500 Transient Data Interface (TDi) is the interface between 3500 monitoring system and GE’s system 1 mechanical management software.

Combining the capability of TDI 3500/20 rack interface module with the data collection capability of communication processor (such as TDXnet), TDl works with M-series monitors (3500/ 40m, 3500/ 42m, etc.) in RIM slot of 3500 rack, continuously collecting steady-state and transient waveform data, and transmitting these data to hos software through Ethernet link. Static data capture is the standard of TDI, but using an optional channel to enable the disk will allow TDI to capture dynamic or transient data.

TDi is characterized by improving the previous communication processor in several aspects, and integrating the communication processor function in the 3500 rack. Although TDI provides some functions that are common to the whole rack, it is not a part of the critical monitoring path and has no influence on the normal operation of the whole monitoring system. Each 3500 rack requires 1 TDI or RIM, which always occupies Slot 1 next to the power supply.

For triple modular redundancy (TMR) applications, the 3500 system requires the MR version of TDI. In addition to all standard TDI functions, TMR TDI also performs “monitoring channel comparison”. The 3500 TMR configuration performs monitor voting using the settings specified in the monitor options. With this method, TMR TDI continuously compares the outputs of three (three redundant monitors). If TDI detects that the information of one monitor is no longer equal to that of the other two monitors (within a configured percentage), it will mark the monitor as an error and place an event in the system event list.
